The hotel provided a lot of great amenities, including a washing machine and dryer, coffee and hot water machine, and even a mini garden in the room. The staff was also incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable. the hotel offered a pre-check in option before arrival, making the check-in process smoother.

The location of the hotel was not ideal for our needs, as it was far from public transportation options and major city areas. there was not a convenience store nearby, making it difficult to purchase snacks or drinks.

Exploring places was a bit tiring from here, but there were easy access to the Kiyomizu-dera temple, which gave amazing vibes to the stay. Convenience stores made grabbing quick snacks and beverages very easy. Nearest train station seemed quite far, but fortunately, bicycles were available right outside the hotel. The room's zen garden view was calming, and the staff service exceeded expectations.

There was no gym or fitness center on the premises to keep up with daily routines.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out experience using a tablet was convenient. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and convenience stores. We also appreciated the free coffee provided in the lobby.

The room at Kyotology was absolutely stunning, with a floor-to-ceiling window that showcased a beautiful pocket moss garden. I was amazed by the spaciousness of the room, especially the bathroom with its rainshower and bathtub. The provided pyjamas were incredibly comfortable, and I felt like I was in a luxurious retreat. Plus, having the option to store my luggage before check-in was a lifesaver, and the complimentary use of the washer and dryer was a great convenience.

The distance to the nearest convenience store and bus stop was a bit far, but it wasn't a major issue for me as I had planned my transportation in advance.

The room was cozy and clean, with a charming little garden outside the window. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful historic sites. The free Nespresso coffee served in the lobby was a great way to start the day.

The staff was always available to assist us and the leisure garden area was a great place to relax and unwind. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone.
